At Dock 1 Bargains EVERYTHING is negotiable! If you don’t like the price on an item, you are more than welcome to make an offer. The more you buy, the more we are willing to negotiate and drop our prices for you.


IF IT’S IN STOCK, WE HAVE IT

Since the merchandise we offer are open boxed and returned items, what you see on the sales floor is our last item. Once an item is sold, it is gone! We recommend liking our Facebook page to stay updated on what is currently in our warehouse or stop by for a visit.



EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

  • All Sales items are priced “as is” and cannot be returned, unless it is specified on your receipt and signed by store manager.
  • Items that are sold as “NEW” or “Refurbished” that do not work due to manufacture defects, may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Requesting an exchange or return due to owner negligence, buyer’s remorse, or damage to product will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted from the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone.
